Gobble Gobble Anjlart Friends,
I trust that today finds your hearts reviewing all that you are thankful for. Please know how very
grateful I am for your love, friendship and such blessed kindness this past year. And oh, what a
year it has been on this creative path!
I have been shopping and cooking (for what feels like an eternity) awaiting the arrival of my
Thanksgiving family and friends. Not much painting has been going on these days save for the
finishing up of #2 in my “Holding Series” titled…”Holding My Hand.” If you haven’t seen it yet you
can view it on the Anjlart website. #3 is in progress and I am looking forward to some time to work
on it during this holiday season. But for now my extra weekend time is going to be spent
finishing up the CD.
Last Sunday I worked with Dave Ogden in the studio and we are thinking it should be done in
another session or two. So the goal of having it finished by Christmas just may happen. I will
keep you all posted via this newsletter and the website. I am also extremely grateful for your
interest and support. It has been quite a dream come true to write, perform and now finally record
my original heart songs and it would not be possible without you.
FYI about upcoming gigs….I have cancelled all gigs for the rest of the month of November and
sadly I will not play in Springville in December either. There are some holiday gigs that I have
scheduled for December as well, but have been contemplating how many I will have time for with
the holidays, and some traveling. It is also in my heart to take a few months off for the winter to
see which direction Anjlart music seems to be going while I spend time focusing on renewing my
relationships with loved ones and painting.
So this creative journey pauses and reflects on all the love and kindness that we’ve been able to
share with one another this past year. And in that pause I send you all a wish for peace in your
hearts this Thanksgiving holiday.
Namaste,
Angeline/Anjlart
