Greetings Anjlart Friends,

I hope you are all well and feeling the budding joy that starts to unfold this time of year that really is all about
“Love”.  February has always been a happy month for me. It’s a time to put away the cozy fire logs and
twinkling lights of the winter holidays and celebrate the suns return.

As if Valentines day, full of hearts and chocolate, isn’t enough to help transition, what really makes my heart
happy is that my bright red freesias begin to bloom like crazy.  The best part of these fragrant blooming
beauties is that I didn’t even plant them.  Somehow the bulbs made their way into the soil that was
transferred when I potted a spider plant planter just outside of my bedroom sliding glass door. Now they
have been bringing me unplanned joy for over 8 years. I love the simple joys this time of year brings. In this
newsletter you will find all the little joys I wish to share with you.

Valentines Day Gig in Springville, CA

I just confirmed that I will be playing next Saturday February 14th (Valentines Day) in Springville @ my
favorite little coffee house…Coffee Etc. at 35692 Bridge Dr. Time: Noon-3pm. Looks like some of my
favorite motorcycle women will be taking a beautiful ride out to join us.  Won’t you?


Circle of Creatives Workshop

will begin on Wednesday March 4th  Time: 6-8pm and will run for 8 weeks ending on April 22 for our closure
celebration. Cost of the entire course is $150.  If you’ve taken a workshop in the past the cost is only $100.  

This course is for anyone who would like to have a circle of creative friends to help inspire and support any
creative dreams you might all ready have or unblock the ones you don’t even know you have.  It does not
matter what your medium of creativity is (we’ve have musicians, writers, painters, dancers etc.) nor does it
matter which spiritual path or none that you practice.  All are welcome.  Various lessons in painting, writing
and more are included in this workshop along with practices of journal writing, prayer/meditation and
exercise to name a few.

This course will be limited to 10 participants so please call soon (661) 717-4828 to reserve your seat.  

I’m really looking forward to sharing some great new drawing, painting and writing insights with you all.


Family

A quick update on a more personal note is that in September my son Jacob married my most precious
daughter-in-law Jill and it was in December that they blessed my heart with the news of my very first
grandbaby!!!  The delightful little bundle of joy will be delivered around the first part of July. Sometime in the
next week or so they will be finding out if we have a boy or a girl… So you can be sure that I will be keeping
you all posted on all the fascinating developments as this little being grows.  

So, thank you all again for being such amazing friends and supporters of this creative journey of mine and
mostly for allowing me to be a part of yours.
